Class Registration Form

Courses are available on first come basis. A return email will confirm your registration. NOTE: If you do not receive a confirming email from the Chapter within 48 hours (different from the auto-response you receive immediately after pressing "submit"), please call the Chapter at 413-562-9684 x 101 to confirm your registration . Your enrollment is NOT confirmed until you recieve a confirmation email from the Chapter. If your desired class(s) are full, your credit card will not be charged and you will be contacted and informed of available options.

No refunds will be given after the start of the course. If you are unable to attend a class Please call before 5:00 pm the day of your CPR/First Aid evening course or by 5:00 pm the evening before the morning course to re-schedule .
