First Aid /CPR for Schools and the Community- Fee: $75.00 - 10.5 hours
This course teaches participants how to recognize an emergency and overcome reluctance to act. Course includes how to recognize and care for breathing emergencies, heart attack, choking and cardiac arrest in adults, infants and children and how to identify and care for various injuries. CPR certification is valid for one year. First Aid certification is valid for three years.
CPR/AED - Adult and Child plus Infant CPR Fee: $65.00 - 8 hours
This course trains individuals to act in emergency situations and to recognize and care for life-threatening respiratory or cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants. Adult and child use of an Automated External Defibrillation (AED) is also taught in this course. Adult/AED, Infant & Child CPR certifications valid for one year.
CPR - Adult - Fee: $45.00 - 4 hours
This course gives individuals in the workplace the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide basic care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults until medical personnel arrive. Certification valid for one year.
CPR/AED - Adult Fee: $50.00 - 4.5 hours
To give individuals the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for breathing emergencies, perform CPR, and use and automated external defibrillator (AED) for adult victims of sudden cardiac arrest. Certification valid for one year.
Standard Fist Aid with CPR/ AED - Fee: $65.00 - 7 hours
To give individuals in the workplace the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illnesses, including how to use an AED for adult victims of sudden cardiac arrest, until advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. CPR certification valid for one year. First Aid certification valid for 3 year.
First Aid Basics - Fee: $35.00 - 4 hours
This course gives the individual the skills necessary to recognize and provide basic first aid care for injuries and sudden illnesses until medical help arrives. Certification valid for 3 year.
CPR Review - Fee: $35.00 - 3-4 hours
Designed for the individual who has taken Adult, Infant, and Child CPR and needs to recertify. Participants are required to review skills from a current text before class and be prepared to take a written and skills test.
American Red Cross Professional Courses
CPR/AED For The Professional Rescuer - Fee: $85.00 - 8 hours
To teach professional rescuers (those with a duty to respond to an emergency situation) the skills necessary to respond appropriately to breathing and cardiac emergencies for adult, infant and children, including the use of an automated external defibrillator for victims of sudden cardiac arrest, Preventing Disease Transmission, and Oxygen Administration. Certification valid for 1 year. August 1 & 2 6:00 - 9:30 pm
CPR/AED For the Professional Rescuer Review - Fee: $40.00 - 5 hours
For the professional rescuer who need to recertify. Participants are required to review skills and be prepared to take a written and skills test.
Sports Safety Training - Fee: $60.00 - 9.5 hours
Designed for the layperson who is interested in coaching amateur athletes: This course includes Adult CPR/AED, Child CPR/AED, and sports specific injuries as well as basic First Aid. Adult CPR/AED certification valid for 1 year, Child CPR /AED valid for 1 year, First Aid valid for 3 years.
Bloodborne Pathogens Training; Preventing Disease Transmission
This 2 hour course is designed to provide an understanding to the intent of the bloodborne pathogens regulation issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA); how disease transmission occurs; serious communicable diseases; precautions to prevent disease transmission; and what to do if an exposure occurs. OSHA regulations indicate that training must be conducted annually.
Emergency Oxygen for the Professional Rescuer - 2 - 3 hours
To give individuals the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to a victim of a breathing emergency using breathing devices including oral and nasal airways, resuscitation masks, bag-valve mask resuscitators, and supplemental oxygen.
American Red Cross Miscellaneous Training
Babysitter's Training - Fee: $18.50 - 7 hours
The purpose of this course is to provide individuals, ages 11 to 15, with the information and skills necessary to provide safe and responsible care for children in the absence of parents or adult guardians. This training will help participants develop skills in leadership and professionalism, basic care, safety and safe play, and basic first aid. Join us
